"We were broke down in the middle of the road, early morning. It was still dark outside. We contacted several other towing companies and the wait was 75 to 105 minutes. Another motorist stopped and called HLM towing for us. Marco arrived in about 20 minutes. He was very courteous, and professional. He even showed me how to get the vehicle into neutral by removing the boot on the shifter in case of future issues. I made sure to add his information on my phone. I will definitely use HLM for all my future towing issues and highly recommend their services"
